As a (Senior) Sales Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales network and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Analyzing regional market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
  • Independently conducting contract negotiations through to successful closure.
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Management to optimize sales processes and regularly reporting sales activities.


Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in sales within a freight forwarding company, particularly in the FTL (Full-Truck-Load) segment.
  • Proven track record in sales management, especially in customer acquisition and retention.
  • Proficiency in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • High self-motivation and a goal-oriented working style.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for business purposes.
