We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager (m/w/d) to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in finance and will play an active role in debt and equity raises as our company continues to grow rapidly. This position will be a key point of contact for our lenders and shareholders, ensuring compliance with all reporting obligations and maintaining the company’s financial model. The Finance Manager will also support the CFO and facilitate smooth collaboration between different units of the company.

Job requirements

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in debt and equity raises to secure additional funds for the company’s growth.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for lenders and shareholders, addressing their inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Maintain and update the company’s financial model to reflect current and projected financial performance.

  • Ensure compliance with all reporting obligations towards lenders and shareholders, including timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Assist the CFO in various financial tasks and projects, alleviating their workload.

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between different units of the company to ensure cohesive financial operations.

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in an investment bank or a large consulting company

  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and, debt and equity financing

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with lenders and shareholders

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • English and German fluency
